Once your application to join FENSA is successful, we'll send you login details for our Installer Portal so you can begin registering installations online straight away.
This first user will become your main authorised user. If other members of your team need to access the Installer Portal, they can register as users from the Sign In page as explained below.
As the final step in a new user's registration, an email will be sent to your main authorised user to approve their registration.
Here's what new users need to do:
1. On the Sign in page click the Register here link.
2. Enter your FENSA ID number and postcode.
3. Click Verify.
4. You’ll then be asked to enter your email address* (which will become your username) and a password.
5. The company's main authorised user will be sent an email requesting permission to authorise your access.
*If we detect the email address you entered is already associated with a user at your company, simply perform a password reset using that email address as your username to gain access to the Installer Portal.
