It is possible to amend some details of an installation after you have registered it with FENSA. You can do this in the Installation History section of the Installer Portal.
1. Sign in to the Installer Portal.
2. Navigate to the Installations section, then click Installation History.
3. Enter the time period you’d like to search, and any additional details that might help narrow your search (Reference, Install Postcode, Dispatch Postcode, Installer Reference’).
4. Click Search.
5. Find the installation you'd like to amend and click the Edit Installation button
If an installation has already been registered, you can amend:
- customer details
- what was installed
You can't amend:
- address details
- customer contact details
