When a homeowner submits a quote request to your company via the FENSA website, it will be sent to the email address listed in the Lead Generation Information section of the Installer Portal.
You can change the email address and/or add additional email addresses that you would like homeowner leads to be sent to.
Here's how:
1. Sign in to the Installer Portal.
2. Navigate to the Manage My Leads section and click the Lead Generation Information button.
3. Edit the 'Email you would like leads to be sent to' field to change the primary email address where quote requests will be sent.
4. Add additional email addresses to the 'Additional email you would like leads to be sent to' field.
FENSA tip: While we can action changes immediately, our website updates overnight so it may be several hours before changes go live.
