If you already have a username for the Installer Portal but find it is no longer recognised, you'll need to create a new login.
If you are using your FENSA ID as your username, you will need to create a new username using your email address. This means each user of the FENSA Installer Portal will have their own credentials giving further security to the data. Creating a new user will not take log and will require authorisation from the main user in your company before you can access.
FENSA tip: Since October 2019 we’ve switched to using email addresses as usernames for additional security purposes. Previously, your Installer Portal username may have been your FENSA ID.
