If you already have a username for the Installer Portal but find it is no longer recognised, you'll need to create a new login.
If your current username is your FENSA ID it’s likely you’ll be unable to log in with it. Instead you’ll need to create a new login, which takes just a few moments.
FENSA tip: Since October 2019 we’ve switched to using email addresses as usernames for additional security purposes. Previously, your Installer Portal username may have been your FENSA ID.
