If your bank details have changed you'll need to fill out a new Direct Debit form. You can download this form from the Installer Portal and send it to our team once completed.
1. Sign in to the Installer Portal.
2. Navigate to the Useful Resource Tools section.
3. Under the Finance sub-section, click Direct Debit Sheet to download the form.
4. Complete the form and send it to installers@fensa.org.uk.
