If your FENSA certificate contains incorrect details, please contact the FENSA Approved Installer that carried out the work.
They will be able to amend the details of the installation in our system. Once they've done that, we'll be able to re-issue your certificate with the correct information.
Please note that we are unable to amend the details of your FENSA certificate without the confirmation of the installer that completed the work. Please have the installation company contact us directly if they are unable to update the job details themselves.
