If your FENSA certificate contains incorrect details please contact the FENSA Approved Installer that carried out the work.
NOTE: the name on the certificate has no bearing the accuracy of the FENSA Certificate, it is only present for postal purposes. FENSA will remove your name from our database 12 months after the installation is registered with us.
Your FENSA Installer will be able to amend the details of the installation in our system. Once they've done that, we'll be able to re-issue your certificate with the correct information.
Please note that FENSA is unable to amend the details of your FENSA certificate without the confirmation from the FENSA installer as it was their declaration to us when it was registered. Please have the FENSA Installer contact us directly if they are unable to update the job details themselves.
