Following the completion of your installation, your FENSA Approved Installer should provide you with documentation concerning your Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) policy.
This policy is issued by an insurance company (the IBG provider) on behalf of your installer.
If you haven't received this, please contact your installer to confirm the name of the insurance company that issues your IBG policy on their behalf. You can then contact this IBG provider who will be able to provide you with a copy of the policy for your records.
