FENSA certificates are delivered by post, please allow 10-20 days after your installation has been registered to us by your Installer.
Delivery time by post - when ordered on our website
If you've requested your FENSA certificate to be delivered by post, please allow for up to 6-7 working days for its delivery. We post the certificate to you the next working day upon payment.
Delivery time by email - when ordered on our website
If you have requested your FENSA certificate by email, we'll send it to you immediately. Be sure to check your spam folder if it doesn't appear within a few minutes.
