If the issue(s) you have with an installation fulfils our complaints criteria and you have not been able to achieve a satisfactory resolution by going directly to your installer, you may contact the FENSA complaints team.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- the FENSA certificate number or the full name and address of the property
- the company details of the installer
- a brief outline of the issues that relate to Building Regulation non-compliance
Our complaints team will then determine whether the issue falls within FENSA's remit, and if so, will engage the installer through our complaints resolution process.
FENSA will endeavour to respond to your complaint within 5 working days, however at busier times of the year correspondence may take a short while longer.
If you would like independent advice concerning your installation, we suggest contacting a company that provides independent inspections and expert witness services, such as RISA Inspections and Auditing.
