Occasionally when registering an installation, you may find that the installation address does not display as a selectable option after entering the Property Postcode.
If this happens, it's possible the property hasn’t been registered with Land Registry via Royal Mail.
Here's what to do:
1. Check on Royal Mail to see if address actually exists.
2. If the address is listed with Royal Mail, register the installation using the closest address you can then notify us via installers@fensa.org.uk and we’ll amend the installation in our system.
