Firstly, you need to contact the FENSA installer directly to ask why your installation has not yet been registered with FENSA.
Most common reasons are
- that the installation not yet complete AND compliant to building regulations.
- Installation is not within what FENSA monitors (see Work monitored by FENSA)
If after asking your installer and giving reasonable time for your FENSA Installer to register the installation you still do not have details of your installation being registered, we can assist.
Unfortunately, installations that were completed more than two (2) years ago cannot be registered with FENSA. You will need to speak to your local council to request and inspection to obtain your Building Regulation Certificates.
If your installation was completed within the last 2 years and you have spoken to your installer, Complete this FORM so we can collect all information needed to investigate.
NOTE: FENSA will not get involved with any disputes regarding money. No parties can hold the FENSA Certificate to ransom.
