Follow these steps to get your certificate corrected:
Step 1: Contact your FENSA Approved Installer
Reach out to the installer who carried out the work. They are responsible for updating the installation details in FENSA’s system.
Step 2: Installer updates the system
The installer will update the registration with the correct information.
Step 3: FENSA re-issues your certificate
Once the update is confirmed, FENSA will re-issue your certificate with the corrected details.
Important:
The name on the certificate is only for postal purposes and does not affect the validity of the certificate. The certificate is attached to the home not the homeowner.
FENSA cannot amend certificate details without the installer’s confirmation, as the registration was made under their declaration. If the installer cannot update the information themselves, they should contact us directly.
