No. Replacement FENSA Skills cards (MTC) are issued free of charge.
How do I order a replacement Skills Card?
To request a replacement card, please complete this FORM.
Once submitted, our team will review your details and place the order.
You should receive your replacement card within 14 days.
What do I need to provide with the form?
You will need to upload a passport-style photograph of the cardholder.
The photo must:
Show head and shoulders only
Be clear and in colour
Have no face coverings, including sunglasses or hats
What happens if the photo doesn’t meet the requirements?
If the photo does not meet the required standard, this may delay the issue of the replacement card.
