FENSA operates an appeals process that enables registered installers to challenge decisions that directly affect their registration status. This may include, but is not limited to:
Rejection of a new application
Suspension of registration
Termination of registration
Assessment failure
Any appeal must be submitted within 28 days of the decision being communicated. After this period, the decision will be considered final and will no longer be eligible for appeal.
To raise an appeal, please submit full details of your case along with any supporting documentation to enquiries@fensa.org.uk.
