Don’t worry, if you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily create a new one. Simply go to the Installer Portal Sign In page and click the Reset Password link. This will guide you through a few simple steps to set a new password so you can regain access quickly and securely.
On the Sign In page, click Reset Password.
You’ll be taken to the Forgotten My Password page. Enter your username (your email address) and click Request Reset.
Check your email inbox for a message from us containing a link. Click the link to create a new password.
Tip: If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
