Can I amend an installation after it has been registered with FENSA?
Yes. Some details can be amended after registration via the Installation History section of the Installer Portal.
How do I amend a registered installation?
Sign in to the Installer Portal
Go to Installations and select Installation History
Choose the time period you want to search
Enter any additional search details if needed (for example):
Reference
Install Postcode
Dispatch Postcode
Installer Reference
Click Search
Locate the installation and select Edit Installation
What details can I amend?
Once an installation has been registered, you can amend:
Customer Name details
Details of what was installed
What details cannot be amended?
After registration, you cannot amend:
Address details
Customer contact details
