We understand how frustrating it can be when work on your home doesn’t meet your expectations. Our aim is to help you get things resolved fairly and efficiently, while making sure all work complies with Building Regulations.
Before FENSA can assist, there are a few important steps to take:
Step 1: Contact your FENSA Approved Installer
Your installer is your first point of contact.
Explain the issue and give them the opportunity to carry out any necessary remedial work.
Step 2: Use the installer’s formal complaints procedure
If the problem isn’t resolved after discussing it, follow your installer’s formal complaint process.
Step 3: Contact FENSA if the issue remains unresolved
Once you’ve given your installer reasonable opportunity to address the problem, FENSA may be able to assist with the resolution of remedial works related to Building Regulations.
