FENSA’s role is to make sure that installations comply with Building Regulations, so we’re not able to get involved in contractual or financial disputes between homeowners and FENSA Approved Installers.
If you’re having an issue with your installer, the best first step is to talk directly with them, often issues can be resolved quickly this way.
If you still need help, you might consider contacting Trading Standards for guidance.
Some installers also participate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, such as TGAS. If your installer has opted in, this can be another route to help resolve the matter fairly.
