If you have a problem with a replacement window or door installation carried out by a FENSA Approved Installer, your first course of action should be to contact the installation company that completed the work.
Explain to them the nature of the problem(s) and give them an opportunity to resolve the matter. Should this fail to achieve a satisfactory resolution, the next step is to make a complaint via the company's official complaints procedure.
Only once these avenues have been exhausted should you contact our complaints team, who may be able to assist provided our complaints criteria are met.
To summarise, these are our recommended steps to take:
- Contact the FENSA Approved Installer to explain your issue with the installation.
- If the above fails, make an official complaint to the FENSA Approved Installer.
- If the above fails, check your complaint meets our criteria.
- If it does, contact the FENSA complaints team.
